1. Q- Who is Herbal High, Inc.?
A- We have been in business since 1989 and have been on the web since 1994. You
can rely on us, we are not a fly by night business like some others on the web.
2. Q- Are orders shipped in plain packaging?
A- We ship all items in plain boxes or mailers only. No indication of the
contents of the packages appears on the outside. The return address label says A
Enterprises.
3. Q- How will my purchase appear on my credit
card bill?
A- The charge on your credit card will appear as Adonis Enterprises, our parent
company.
4. Q- I don’t want to use my credit card or
don’t have one . Can I pay with personal check or money order?
A- Yes we will accept personal checks and money orders for domestic orders only.
International customers must pay by credit card or a money order in US funds.
Just go to the order page and hit the "print order form" and mail to
the address on the form. Make all checks Payable to Adonis Enterprises.
6. Q- What is your Return Policy?
A- Due to the nature of the product. All items are nonreturnable. Be
sure that you wish to place your order before you submit.
7. Q- What is the normal shipping time for
orders?
A- For domestic orders, about 7-10 business days if item is stock. For
international, orders will take a little longer. We ship by priority US Mail
since many of our customers have PO boxes and UPS will not deliver to them.
8. Q-Do you accept international orders?
A-Yes, we do accept international orders. We ship by two methods. The first is
International First Class Air Mail this is the least expensive way to ship.
Because of this we can not track your order or shipping time. While this
generally takes 2 to 3 weeks it can take as much as 3 months (this is rare). We
do not guarantee any orders placed by this method and DO NOT REFUND any orders
shipped this way!! The second method is International Express Mail. This is
slightly more expensive and is quicker approx one week. We can track this order
and offer all guarantees allowed domestic orders. All persons placing
international orders are responsible for assuring that these items are legal in
your respective country. Items shipped to other countries are non returnable. The person placing the
international order is responsible for all return mailing costs incurred by
Adonis Enterprises.
10. Q-Do you sell my name or email address?
A-No, we believe in our customers privacy. We do not sell any names or email
addresses or any other information. You will not receive any unsolicited
mailings from us or anyone else.
